Bill Baldridge has worked individually with many Division 1 basketball players and prospects over the last 20 years. He has been mentored by NBA and college skill trainers. Every year he attends high level training workout sessions to stay in tune with what is being taught for individual skill development. Bill has coached at the highest level of high school basketball in the state of Illinois. He was on the coaching staff at Elgin HS for the 97-98 Elite Eight team that had 3 Division 1 players who went on to have successful college careers. That Elgin HS team started the year at 20-0 and was rated in the USA Today top 25. Bill currently coaches the U17 H.I.T AAU team that is ranked in the top 25 nationally. His current trainees have been invited to the prestigious John Lucas Top 100 in the country camp. He has also coached a player that has gone on to lead the Big 10 in 3 point shooting.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Todd brings an extensive background that includes coaching at the AAU, High School, Junior College, Division 2 and Division 1 level. Beginning of his career was 2 years at Shanley High School, Fargo ND. In 1994 Koering began his Collegiate coaching career as a men's basketball assistant at NJCAA power North Dakota State College of Science. Following a National Junior College tournament appearance "TK", went to the University of North Dakota as an assistant for hall of fame coach, Rich Glas. The next 10 years Koering became current Nebraska's head coach Tim Miles assistant with stops at Southwest Minnesota State University (1997-2001) & North Dakota State University (2001-2007). After tremendous success at both programs, Todd joined the corporate sector and has continued coaching AAU, worked regional and national basketball camps, plus player training and development with youth boys and girls to collegiate and pro athletes. Todd has worked extensively with player development at the Division 1 and NBA level. Local programs include, Under Armour program the Illinois Wolves, and Elmhurst, IL-based Hoops Intensity Training.
Nate Rogers was 3rd Team All-State as a senior at St Joes HS playing for the legendary Coach Gene Pingatore. Nate was another player in a long line of HS stars that have come out of the St. Joes program including NBA stars Isiah Thomas and Evan Turner. Coach Nate began his collegiate career in 2009 at Depaul University playing in the Big East for Coach Jerry Wainwright. Nate was also stellar in the classroom making the All-Academic Team his freshman year at Depaul. Nate finished his playing career at the University of Missouri at KC where he was the starting point guard. Nate has trained all different age groups for the last 5 years. HIT Basketball is extremely fortunate to have Nate as a trainer.
